Decrypt this INI

hi, i want someone to help me decrypt the attached file and send it to my email. the file name inside the .rar is my email. you can send it there.

its a config file of our server and tried using decryptINI.exe and other programs but no luck.

decrypt it and ill buy u a beer.

You can't decrypt that because that is simple ****** up and not encrypted.

it looks like a opened .exe file with notepad editor.

its not. its a shaiya configuration file in our server. i was able to decrypt some of the ini files before using decryptINI.exe and it was a success. but i failed in this one and i need to know the info inside.

You have to locate the methods it's calling to encode\encrypt the buffers before flushing them to the file.

I've tried it now with: AutoIT, Base64, Unicode, ascii and there is no way.
reviced Error: 0 which means: UnknownType or Not Encrypted.

That is simple Unicode which cannot be decrypted

You may get more informations using VB/C#/C++

but currently an ini-file should not look like the "converted" text above.

However, maybe i am not skilled enough to decrypt it and maybe another person will repost here your "translated" ini-file.

the file that was uploaded above is the ShaiyaUS.ini counterpart in your server. its ShaiyaPH.ini in my server. Whats inside there is the IP of Login Server and i need it badly for monitoring purposes. Attach is the Screenshot of where it came from. Or maybe you could show me where to find that IP because thats my lucky guess.

Why not simply do a packet sniffing? That gets you the IP address way faster

Just run netstat to see what computers you are connected too when the game is running.
