You have to locate the methods it's calling to encode\encrypt the buffers before flushing them to the file.
I've tried it now with: AutoIT, Base64, Unicode, ascii and there is no way.
reviced Error: 0 which means: UnknownType or Not Encrypted.
That is simple Unicode which cannot be decrypted
You may get more informations using VB/C#/C++
but currently an ini-file should not look like the "converted" text above.
However, maybe i am not skilled enough to decrypt it and maybe another person will repost here your "translated" ini-file.
