I'll test it today. I hope it works.
EDIT : Nvm, I don't have a good ep6 client, the latest OS client has something wrong in it, wrong for us ofc, not for OS players.
Not to mention how busy/lazy I am..

you can do it its very easy to to but you have to use hex editer

Or pls upload the game guard folder thats the game.exe work and which os you use korea use HShield not Gameguard and your exe dont use the files from HShield.

Not tried it myself because I have no use for ep6 and I still say don't bother even trying to work with the buggy **** we have for it. But it should work along the same lines as that guide, or the guide will give you some idea how to fix it for yourself.
Saying "It's easy" doesn't help people. You don't have to give them the full detailed tour of how to do it, but at least be 1% helpful.

it's a simply SQL Update for MobItems. One More Tab 'mapID'
if you wanna update Map 1 all in one, you don't have to type everymobID.

You will still see the damage you are inflicted upon, but your health won't go down.
