But I have a question about the witch hat. Could you remove the mask? I would find nice hat without a mask.
Earlier, I had tried it in Photoshop, but I can not do it in spite tutorial.

a gear or hat, or whatever equipment, displayed in game by the shaiya client is a 3D object defined by a mesh (a .3DO or .3DC file) on which a texture (a DDS file) is applied.

if you edit the DDS file with Photoshop (and it's the sole file it can open) you will only be able to change some colors or patterned details, but not the shape itself.

the shape (meaning the 3D object with all its geometrical details - including the definition of a mask or feather or whatever included in the shape) is defined by the .3DC file, you can edit it with shStudio and the "" explains how to remove some facets (triangles) from the shape.

"It" means to erase the mask in photoshop

Is there somebody who has the files without the mask?
I can't get it off... If I've found the right places, I can't remove them. I think that SHstudio does not like me...
