I'm shaiya web developer since 2 years now and I'm doing almost the same service for the same price, a basic website i sell for 50€, with login/register/ticket and all most important pages; but if you want to do it properly offer more kind of scripts: like vote, paypal ipn, webmall, tiered spender, etc. without isn't a shaiya website
