I can't say for certain if the server will be back, On Friday, my access to the SQL Server, Remote Desktop, and forums were all removed without warning by the other owner. After which, he took the server down, and never brought it back up. I can't say if it'll come back, but honestly, I'd like to hope so, I know quite a few players had fun playing there.
I'm sorry it's ending this way, and I wish my old players of Shadows of Etain the best. =/

OMG. Even when TOOTIE and I came back there... we were excited to be back. It was truly one of the best. Especially after you guys finally removed the trouble makers 
However. Is it possible you make your own version of this game?

I mean, since you were one of the Dev's of this server. If your, and I use this term loosely now, "partner" doesn't return... Will you be making your own "SoE" that will go back up?

I am building a server, but it will be EP4, and completely (well mostly), different from SoE, though I don't know how long it will take.
I will PM you my skype in just a minute. :P

i didnt know you were back playing SoE, gooby. i gave it a last run the last week, was a bit disappointed. lags, statpadding and weak enemies ruined it. but i like the idea of a new server, tyler is a good dev and he could create a better server

you guys are great i really want that server to be back soon, and i hop it will, but Tyler can you clear if u know what is the cause of the problem i heard it's a kind of attack on many of shaiya private servers i heard that nova went down also.
