- Concentration is a DEX and critical attack rate buff

Lottery System:
There is a merchant in the AH that sells "Lotto Tickets", this is the item you need to buy if you wish to participate in the lottery. You only need to buy ONE ticket, just buy it, then sell it back. This will give you two numbers, one for buying the ticket, and one for selling it back. Repeatedly doing this will not give you higher chances of winning.
On Monday there will be a viewing of the numbers which will determine two winners by seeing who has the numbers closest to a randomly generated one.
Prizes:
1st Place: A choice of either 30k EP or a set of 70 armor which includes one helmet, one top, and a pair of pants, gauntlets, and boots.
2nd Place: A choice of either 15k EP or 3 weapons of choice.
