"Name already in use" error

Hello,
I have a problem when creating the character. (game it says "name already in use")
After searching and followed all the tutorials on this subject and formatted X times, the problem persists.
What should I do?

now u have to change the the stuff in this folders
in ps_game change the GamePublicIP to ur ip or hamachi
same for ps_gamewar
and u need to port fowarded these ports

Code:

SQL 		- 1433  TCP,UDP
Login 		- 30800 TCP
Game 		- 30810 TCP
Session 	- 30900 TCP
UserLog		- 30901 TCP
DBAgent 	- 30911 TCP
GameLog 	- 30912 TCP
PSMagent 	- 40900 TCP

and u may need to flick ur firewall off
and i think that is it if any1 else has anything to add just post

PS: don't bring back old threads to ask questions, just make a new thread if you couldn't find the answer after using the search engine/google
