I remember this error, I had to grab different files to fix it, simple as that Nick, personally I recommend Shinru2004's files, I have never had a problem with them, he did a great job

1- Change your ps_game.exe file (and other ps_client files if you want..)

2- Setup permission of your server files (read-write and access)

3- Check your .net version (3.5 recommend)
