What do YOU want in an Ep4.5 server?
I'm taking all kind of suggestions but I won't promise anything.

1) There won't be any Lv7 Lapis.
2) Accepted.
3) Max lvl will be Lv60
4) Accepted

As for me
-Change dispel rage (I play in server where disp rage have 40 m and that is very usefull)
-Balanced Def/HP atk to not a die with one skill
-Debuff 6/7
-move/summon rune without waiting time for next use

3. droprate X1
4.XP rate X8-10 ( midrate)
5.Cheap Item mall
6. No free items
7.no gm link,
8. no gm enchant,
9. no fortune coins
10. no KO noss
11. No favoritism towards donnators.
like US ep 4.5 just xp rate higher and DP cheap ( like 10 euro = 1 k dp)
