Wat is recommended configuration for run a private server shaiya ?

I have some questions:

- 3GB of memory is enough?

-Windows Server 2003 is compatible with a shaiya private server?

- And, simply, what is the recommeded configuration for shaiya private server?

What you mostly need to check are the upload/download speed, because you are going to need good speed in order for your players not to lag.

3GB of ram isnt enough. what u need atleast is 8gb! but i would suggest to have 16gb since this is another reason for ur players to lagg.
