Open your Database with SQL Managment Studios.
Go to PS_GameDefs.dbo.Skills and search for your SkillID.
Now take a look on DamageHP (this means: Damage that will be done on Enemy)
and add your RandomDamage.

The same thing in Skill.SDATA - if your database is Chinese you can take a look in Skill.SDATA and search for your Skillname, there is also your SkillID

uhm i guess he meant that the dmg that is getting taken off shown on the mobs HP ö.ö(under the little bar of the mob hp)

Teddy is right, it is on game.exe but no one knows/or explain it here.

I also think it is on ps_game.exe too for cooperating with each other, but I'm not sure.
If game.exe only reads the other Characters-Buffs and display it on HP-Bar (thats what i think)
so I won't say it is ONLY on game.exe but I'm not sure.

I figured out last year ago how to put %-MobHP but i really don't know the steps right know.. .. it was last year.. And it was only game.exe

OllyDBG, HexEditor, CheatEngine, there are million of tutorials at google, i won't explain it here because it already exist.

It should be Game.exe only for this "add-on" Like the clock that comes with some ep5 game.exe's and the ep6 one

I would suggest to compare the hex of both the game.exe with, and one without the mob de-buffs and see if you can work it out from there. Or upload the game.exe you use that shows the mobs de-buffs so others here can take a look into it. I think it's the Official Turkish version that get these strange add ons
