[Big project]ENLGISH/GERMAN/FRENCH !!!

Hi all ,

Im not so good in english .
I gonna try to read good as well;

So , i need help for a big Shaiya private server project.

Shaiya-Revolution , a fun server the game gonna be in English , it will be an ENGLISH-FRENCH-GERMAN server , I'm french.

A server-german english-french multilanguage, will be 100% Free2Play, no shop!

A single system of donations will be set up! It will pay for the accomodation of the server.

The server is a server Focused PvP, but with other boss is added (s) in each zone . And a fun PvM , everything will Dropable, rats will be reasonable.

I have 2-3 difficulty , so i gonna say what i need :

RED = Imperative
Green = As soon as possible
Blue = Have time

1-Dev - To help me to create the server. (OK FOR THE MOMENT)

1- English Translator (OK)

1 English GM(OK)- 1 German GM(available) - 1 French GM (OK)

1 English GS (available) - 1 German GS (available) - 1 French GS (OK)

1- German Translator (OK)

Just been recruited as the English GM Let's get this going guys :P 3 more staff positions to be filled then cracking on with server, if you have any experience at all feel free to apply for staff position who knows you might get it

I speak all 3 languages quite flewently, i also know some things about SQL/Coding/SMSE, and stuff like this. If you could use my help, feel free to recruit me ^^
EDIT : Im online for over 12 hours each day, and ive been playing Shaiya for like 3 years Think about all the fun things i can do with the regular players (events, help them) in those 12 hours ^^

As always, there are people who propose large projects have never been done ..
People to talk blah blah blah and say let's create a server that has almost the entire team, there are many ... But some people say and do what you will do ..
I do not think this project will make this possible, since many people who posted comments on this thread, like to fail people and never meet with anything.
As I like Dev or ADM has happened to me many times, trust in people which at times created and made after the server betray the team and seek to destroy the server.

The server is now il Alpha.

The staff :

2 dev's.
1 French GM
1 French GS
1 German translator

That's it.

The server is now open but only in Local for me . I do some testing , in this week the server gonna be fixed , tested.

That's the news for the moment.
