Hey, I'm not sure about Anemoi.
But "changing" in game currency is possible. Write at support, that you require reset of your payment area. After that, you just need to login trought proxy of the country from wich you want the currency. But be carefull, if you make payment via credit card or something that's not from that country it will switch to the currrency of the payment method. Yeah and some support teams don't even do the reset.
