Nothing willhappen.... i live in HUN, made an account with venezuelan proxy, everthing is almost half price, i use paypal, nothing will happen, because the paypal can hold USD too. If u buy the stuff in usd, everything is legal. bye.

The best option for now is bitcoin , I've seen btc as method of payment ( a couple of months ago) but now I can't see it anymore.
