no kooldown on amulets?????

ok I know theres someone that can explain how in the heck someone is able to throw amulets 1 right after another with no kool down time any help would greatly be appreciated

its a trick, to use 2-3 amulets in one time :P

or maybe someone shooted with soul-eater ammo and use amulet. and you thought that bonus from soul-eater was another amulet.
