My beams disappear

Guys why my beams disappear i had 110 beams level 2 and 5 upgraded decks so i had 50 beams in decks and 60 beams in storage and the beams which was in storage disappear only beams which are in decks are here what i should do to return them . I had this bug 2 times first time support bring me back the beams but now I dont want to write to them. Is there are some way to bring them back ?

Mh, by me all beams (80 level2 and 30 level1) disappear from the storage too - some time ago..
