No 5hr Vital Shock in krs4?

So they removed from the server.
I changed the Mind Energy Licence did the licence no vital shock.
but i can keep redoing the licence has much i want since it was a testing wep there.
If i did something wrong (probs didnt't) just say

Vital Shock was removed in KrS4 due some reasons. But i think it was to overpowered to let it in the game.

i liked the vital and if they whould have the shock frequenz! and the dmg just a little bit it whould be balanced :/

I really wonder if this comes to EuS4...

Anyway Bat is overpowered too, so i wonder why they don't remove this? ;p
Spy dagger is also overpowered, but in best combination with Stealth.

So you think, but i seem other things while playing, except bat. With my def 4 up to 9 i almost get killed with around 130 hp, and dont tell me this is overpowered....

Spy dagger is also hitting arond 100 hp from behind with only 1 hit. (Its the same dmg as the Vital Shock, doing 5hits in row and max damage is then 100)

i think Spy Dagger = Discontinued but who Knows If they allow that weapon Why not the Vital Shock??

Its like Freddy's Special little weapon in s4 league
