Clean Resource.s4hd

Here a clean resource.s4hd for the people who need it.
I had to reinstall S4 League because i forgot to make a new copy of mine,
don't want that to happen to other people too.

This will be updated everytime S4 League gets a new update.
(Will try my best to do so)

Instead, you could just look into the version.ini in the s4 folder
or the online one

 version.ini

There you see the the patch server link, and current version.
use the link there, add the version number and a "F.cab", so it would look like this for the current patch~

http://s4league.patch.aeriagames.com/release/S4L/1335F.cab

download the .cab file, it will contain the resource.s4hd and you're done.

edit: the new number is "1336" so you will obviously need to change the link as I explained above.
