Hallo brauche ma hilfe  beim resource tool ich kann die dataien nicht öffnen o.O? wie öffne ich die dait ich die codes sehe

import & export function, zum bearbeiten der datei Notepad benutztn easy.

1. öffne resource tool
2. klick auf die datei die du haben willst
3. klick auf export und speicher auf desktop (Encrypt)
4. bearbeite die datei mit notepad.
5. datei speichern =O
6. mit resource tool importieren (Decrypt)
fertig xD

I"m pretty sure I can ask questions here, but. Eh. Yeah. Some people now me, and it's not like I've TRIED helping the S4 Community. I'm asking for alittle bit of help from anyone. A lead, link, or maybe just the download for the resource tool will be appreciated. I want to try using the Resource Tool, is that so much too ask?
Please don't say, "No."(give me something to work on) or any ridiculous response like that, that'd be considered spamming, fyi.
