Aimbot or noob?

I saw a guy who'd hit only 1 time per magazine all the game but this hit were 1 shot or quasi with revolver. I don't think it's a "luck" hit all the time but w-e I want to know if there is a cheat like that. Thanks (don't want to use just want to know if what I think is correct)

We cant help without a video and aeria are egoists :/ You cant prove that he using aimbot.

Aimhack, like shooting in the air and hit the enemy is included in the most
public hacks here.
Julius has a VIP Real Aimbot, see S4 Trading section.
..or maybe just 1 Hit Hack?
Btw, if he is so good without Aimbot, than he is not a noob, lol.
