But I think even P7S1 restrict the IP, you'll can play because your acc was created before the restriction so... I don't know if you'll can play or not if they restrict IP

In most of the cases you will still be able to play because it's unlikely that P7S1 will restrict the IPs for acc which are already created. However if they do so you can still use a VPN to play S4 (since your connection is good, right ?).

Now they did that survey thing maybe many people will ask them to restrict egy's IP idk e.e the only thing is , PLES NO LAG!

Support team won't help Egyptians again, I tried sending a Ticket and they said that they won't help me cause of my IP ~ Egyptian.

As Usual, We always notice the new Egyptian players ,sometimes old players, are the reason for bothering the game for some reasons like:
1-Depending on hacks for easy winning...
