[AutoHotKey] Doesn't Jump [Jump Bot]

Hello , i coded this little script, it's supposed to make me jump

the problem is: it's unstoppable and annoying while playing,

so how to make Hotkeys for pause/start again , because there are momments where i shouldn't jump,

first of all, this bot makes you jump every 0.1sec
and second, i'm just asking how to make pause/start hotkeys
