There would be an email from Alaplaya.
Read it and you will know how long.

But sometimes its a bit difficult to entry the Ticketsystem.
I think in the official alaplaya forum is a guide what to do.

You can also check that with CE. Open CE select text and type Account is blocked then you shoulda get like 6 addresses now addresses which start with 2 will show you til when your account is blocked any of them just select one and browse it's memory. You will see something like..
Account is blocked{N}Your account has been blocked. You can log in game again after [date&time here] for example: [31/12/2069 0:0:0].
