1) Login WITHOUT itc
2) remove everything you wear on ALL characters
3) Close s4
4) open itc
5) open s4
6) have fun

I tried replacing old text with new using notepad++
for example, Item_ID changed to ID only. i just highlighted it and clicked replace with and typed ID then pressed replace all
Note, also colour text changed
