I give you a suggestion,make a full IDManager with every items.
Take your time for it.
People are lazy to copy and paste item's ids to the actual id managers
You'll have success with it.

it works great but it would be great if thats not attack +1 ppl will understand when you killed them by that weapon because it can't be att +1 taser or crow

It's a basic ID Changer :

Plasma Sword -> Tazer Sword
Counter Sword -> Crow Counter Sword

Just this no need old/new ID... So use what you want...
