Kann es sein das das seit patch 15 nicht mehr geht ?
bei mir öffnet er immer in safety mode

ja man kann den patcher nimmer modden da es eine datei gibt(selfupdate_s4) die den patcher immer wieder auf den standart zurücksetzt

Um sorry but,its PE Explorer and he shows the pictures as showing "Working".(Duh,I mean PE Explorer COULD work,and hes show this on his pictures)

I know the Res Tool doesnt work.
Im saying this error for PE Explorer.
But if you mean -PE Explorers Res Tool (Resource Function) doesnt work.
IM JUST WANNA MAKE MY OWN PATCHER DUDE-THIS IS not about Res Tool right ?

no you didn´t needed the res-tool, but you can´t mod the patcher anymore, because of(i repeat):

in english: there is a file which reset the patcher to the original
so you can mod your patcher but it´ll be the same like before ...

And you can't change the new patcher, becourse it's encrypted with themida. You won't see any ressources!
