So, if you get banned permanently and you create an new Account, it will not be a Multiaccount because your other Account is no longer active

Every account is banable, the mods will not ban any account without reason and "not okay" is no justification for a ban. Just as you write, you dream well probably that my doings will be snuffed out - how beautiful.

BULLSHIT
you are allowed to have a new account after a permanent ban (except for cases like Malware Spreading, Scamming)
however ...

in extreme cases (a member receives one ban after another and returns everytime just to spread chaos again) the administration can issue a restraining order which will prevent you from using this forum by law, which often is connected with financial costs

Malware Spreaders and such will also get instantly a restraining order (Hausverbot)
