Lol it's not a safe site for some reasons:
-If you use the internation number you gonna pay based on your country fee/telephon provider service
-I doesn't work plus it doesn't accept numbers from everywhere
It looks like a scamm site in my opinion

How many ap can i expect to get with a basic phone card ? (like 5e or something like that)

Cause i see a lot of offers with 800/1k which can be completed just by enterring a PIN code.. So if i can do 2/3 offers each phone card, it's REALLY interesting.
Is the phone card immediately debited after completed an offer ?

Nice Work!! For Thread I Was Worked By TunnelBear on Old Time's and was very fast when offers was 1750 ~ 2000.;;;;..Now When offers 50 ~ 300 ,, Tunnel be slowly i dont know why ( I have got 8500 free ap ) from old times
