thats not even a question all strength pure gotta wear at least rune 2h or scimmmy becuz think of it like this.....wdf is the point of adding strength without wearing rune

1 of my friends did this, 1 attack 80 strenght 1 def, and hitted 15 with iron

and 35 MAX with Obby maul.. ^^ now banned for botting lol

if u wanna be really good for pvp, then make all 99.. def is also needed..
but when u wanna pure, u need attack too.. attacks makes u hitting more often..
so with att 1 and str 99 u cant hit anyone..
plus u need attck for weapons

trust me, im very experienced in RS
