Most of our accounts were sold to us a year ago as my company went bust. We try hard to update all the pictures.

I was told 125euro for the first account - was given a completely different account.
DO not trust or trae with these scum bags.

Not really, they just advertise these accounts to draw people in then give them ****.
You bought a mage pure, so they sold to you.
They ask you to gift it so you can refund it.
Luckily, I made them go into an agreement where they gauranteed I would get what I believed I was paying for, because they didn't I can now and will take legal action.
I'm just glad I have the wealth to not worry about this, others don't. Do not trade with these scum bags.

If they have pictures of them sending you a runescape account, then you cant do anything. So i would watch out, if they have a photo of you saying thankyou after they sent this fake info, that can still be counted as sending the item. If you suspect that they have a picture of this sort then you can get in trouble not them, be careful these scammers are smart.
They must have sold me one account so people get believing they are real then scam loads of people.

I am sorry to say that you cannot win, i had a look at the paypal rules. The RS Shop sold you a runescape account, if they have proff of sending you fake info that can still be counted as sending the item. Paypal rules state you can only dispute a charge back if you didnt recieve the item you payed for. The thing is you still payed for a runescape account, you recieved what you payed for.
Sorry but it doesnt seem like you can win this

Maybe not so I get my money back - but in terms of legal action - oh yes, I can and will destroy them.
For one it's false advertising, they also went into an agreement saying they would give me the account they advertised for the price agreed upon - they did not go through with it so I am well within my rights to sue and destroy them
I will enjoy this.

Okay i just spoke to "zachoo12" and he seems like the scammer here, hes trying to get a free account. He said he would get me into a lot of trouble for speaking to him /: I dont like this guy and i hope this kid takes him down.
