Level 200 - Almost Maxed Account!

Selling my old Runescape main, in order to try and get some money for college. I haven't played this game in roughly 6 months, and really stopped once the new combat system came out. I honestly don't know any of the recoveries / email or anything, so because of that I am up for selling it for quite cheap. Just post here with offers, and keep in mind I want Paypal only.

Whats the disadvantage of not having the email and recovery? can you even get it back through a ticket request?>

I'm not 100% sure, I haven't played Runescape in a long time.
