I can sell you my level 3 with 99 runecrafting... :P It has a few items such as a dragon hatchet, some ele clothes, a cavalier etc....
It's a good account to start on as it already has a skillcape, plus many of his f2p skills are 50+, woodcutting and firemaking are at like 80.
