Need Help Cant start DB

Hello guys !
I finished all steps for making a private server but at the end when i run
Agent Server and then the DB its closing automatically so please can any one tell me what i've messed up (BTW i did all Senzouko steps and changed all ips and did all data restoring on MYSQL....)
Im on router and set to internal ip

Does it have to be sql 2008 server r2 or will any version do? Like 2014?!
