Hi guys i want to ask u how to edit skills .
First of all what i need to know:
1.What file i need to edit?
2.Where i find the file?
3.I can change it whit normal programs?

Hey how i chenge mele normal to mele % in excel for nel its IAT_MELE_ATAK_FORCE soo for % its ?

It's not a IAT that's all i can say (Much more easy to make weapons via SQL then to make them on RHData).And i don't think people will tell you how to do it you will have to find yourself :P.

can u say me what tabs i need to acces?

Like i told Big on skype you have to create them via SQL Querry and you need the right code's for each Status Like this code for Melee:1A; code for Attack Speed:0C etc but i won't tell you what to edit or where to edit it.
