Hard Cheats and hacks are not released anymore in public due to people who are not responsible and mature enough to handle it.

Just look at what happened to RF PH. It was damned destroyed due to the hacks that was released to the public.

We just want to cheat and play the game. The game sucks if people crash it every 5 minutes.

And hacks are not directly release so that leechers do not get their hands on them. Hackers pretty much devote their time to this and therefore will not be willing anymore to shared it without a price.
