u can access storage only in HQ coinexchange and 213 coin... record the packets of accessing the storage in HQ then go near in 213 coinex then resend the packets you recorded in HQ coin but only send it at a time...

Town Storage Access 08/17/2005 - Guild Wars - 13 Replies I only tried this in Lions Arch, but I would thing it would work in any town.
Go to your storage and open it. Then you can walk around that town with your storage window open. This is very usefull if you are selling and buying a lot of things, or selling alot of runes, or if you are limited to your inventory space.
