how come that i cant use any skill when i eqiup a Intense Sickle Staff with my lvl 34 char??? i can wear it but i cant really use it... it does not have any effect... btw i plap at RFph Nexus server...
what i mean is that i can equip a lvl 45 weap on my lvl 34 char but when i cast an skill nothing happen... my char just do the animation and no damage is dealt on the monster nor it decreases my sp...
