Can I use Master Skill When i All skill PT is 99??

i used Master skill file, but i can use only one master skill(stun).

someone said that all pt must be 99 to use all master skill.

Is it correct??

RFph only Fainting Skill is available on melee type classes.

from what i know. you only need 70basic/70expert/70elite

and also, not all master skill are useable at the moment using the edited skillforce.edf

unlucky for you your master skill will not level it will maintain lvl 1 coz ur pt is already at maxed
