Petition for Battlemetaler's Youtube Channel

i really hope that i do not make someone here angry by posting this, but we noticed this morning, that the youtube account of battlemetaler (some of you may know him as kwonaiden or aisukurimu from bahamut or the kts) has been canceled by youtube, thus we created this petition to have a chance to get this account back, but we need your help.

Looks like he has used music from "Avex Entertainment, Inc." and from "Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc." without permission.

It was his own fault, he used corprighted stuff and he got banned. and who would reupload them? i mean make a new channel and continiue uploading new stuff.

- Before he/someone upload a video to youtube, He/someone must make sure that he will not use a copyrighted softwares (intro,music,etc.) except if he/someone purchased that particular software that is (c) ! Hope someone will learn a lesson about this event !

Maybe you should read his text. He said, that he started being careful about that, as he recieved his first warning. But they banned him for a much older video years after this incident.

Why don't you guys just say "I support SOPA/PIPA" omg he used a song in a video that promoted not only the song and or device/game/video/movie it was connected with. Not only that but he was a huge part of what kept new players in that dying cess pool of retail rappelz.

Kwonaiden has had my respect since I first heard of him in Epic 3 when Battle Metal was still an active guild. This man has been a role model to almost all up and coming Rappelz players. If you have something to say against him because he used a **** OST track just to break the dull *** silence in a vid then. ,,!,,(><) buddy. DOWN with the ideology of SOPA/PIPA and all those who support such senseless actions.

i agree with all what smoke said also i used to play with this man in the official server and what made me understand all those epics and quests and things in this game is him thats when i moved to ME there we have a crappy translation
