try to go on... SQL server config manager. and restart server if not. make sure all files under "sa" and if not make sure i changed o.i port

the problem in
Authserver.opt

open it and make it like this

S db.auth.server:here write you servers ip or hamachi ip
S db.auth.name:Auth
S db.auth.account:sa
S db.auth._password:
S app.name:TestServer
S log.ip:here write you servers ip or hmachi ip
S db.auth.port:1433
N db.auth.use_webauth:0
N db.auth.use_md5:1
N db.auth.debug_md5:0
N db.auth.md5_key:2011

save it and open the file now .

You have change the TCP Port to 1433 ?

You have Enabled Shared Memory,Named Pipes,TCP/IP and VIA Protocols in your SQL Config. Manager ?

I think that the problem is "GameServer.opt" but I don't know how to fix it ..
