Connect with hamachi ؟!?

i make with my friend Rappelz Private server ... But just he can play
cuz we made with her IP ... we wanted to know how to play rappelz
with Hamachi ... for friends can join our server

Use the JW Guide. Insert your hamachi IP instead of the Local ips -> Profit

did you:

compress the gameserver.opt?
use the start_service command?
use the set game.open_external 1 command?
changed the sframe parameters correctly?
started hamachi correctly?

notice: it looks like you cant connect if hamachi isn't running via autostart, which is active by default. so if you changed it (via services.msc) set it back to automatic, reboot and try again.

What is the auth server saying? More info pl0x or no help!

Just make sure youve changed all IPs correctly.
Whenever my friend join me via hamachi, I have to disable my firewall (kasperksy) although I allowed any network activity, just one of many strange bugs.

Other then that, there is a bug with hamachi. Sometimes its just not possible, but a quick fix is posted here:


which is:

    1. Change the Interface Metric for Hamachi:

        * Start -> "run"
        * "ncpa.cpl" then ENTER.
        * Right click on "Hamachi" and PROPERTIES
        * Deactivate "Internetprotocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"
        * "Internetprotocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" -> PROPERTIES -> Advanced
        * Interface metric to "10".
        * Hamachi Gateway 5.0.0.1 Metric to "1500".


    2. Change the Priority of Hamachi Adapter

    * Start -> "run"
    * "ncpa.cpl" then ENTER.
    * Press [ALT]-Key (Menu appears)
    * Advanced -> Advanced Properties
    * Move Hamachi to the top of the list
    * Restart PC.

Thats what I did half a year ago, since then every game works just fine.

Thanks Captain. I said it looks like, cause I have this "problem" here. When i disable the logmein service (i do this, if i dont use the pserver.) and just active it and start hamachi my friend can't connect. Don't ask me why. we had this problem 4 times already.

Post your GameServer.opt and AuthServer.opt. I'm sure you made something wrong.
