Frustrating creating 9.1 server and failing someone please help me

Im trying to create a local server only for me to use and the furthest ive gotten so far is the login in screen and always encountering errors or the window crashes some one look at my settings and help me please thank you very much before hand and sorry for my English. im currently using the Auth.bak which was provided on the official guide.

Hallo welche fehlermeldung erhälst du ?
den es ist zwar schön das du deinen Anmelde namen und Passwort hier ziegst, aber ob dieses passwort und name auch richtig ist wissen wir nicht :-)

Ich arbeite grad auch an einer version von Rappelz 5 - 9.3 die in einen Monat als Beta ca Online geht.falls du hilfe oder Interesse brauchst sag mir bescheid.

/ auth_port: muss 4500 anstatt (1433) laut deinen eintrag (auth.clients.port:4500 ) sein.
dein 1433 Port ist für abfragen deiner MS SQL nicht der port zum verbinden deines clients zum server.

You are duplicating most of your entries because somehow you have followed more than one example.

Stick to one guide and follow what it says and use example .opts from the guide you are using.

Stop butchering things and you should do much better.

Changed my settings and im still getting to the same point the login screen and im unable to login.

Auth port 1433 is the database connection port

It is not the port for client connections to auth server so it should not be in your .bat file

The port that should be in your .bat file is the auth clients port...

auth.clients.port:58422

That should be the port in your .bat file.

Of course if you had used the suggestions given in the guide I wouldn't be telling you this right now.
