Sorry for waiting , I talk with support team and they said they are still working on it ,
and maintenance is very important to keep server up ,stable and secure .

I don't know what they are doing exactly , but I can't do any thing , just say " OK " .

and about soul pet , yes we add it with (8.2) to fix some issues in 8.1 version ,

sorry for that , but now i just want to see this server up again .
