Can't create a character

hi everyone , i have some problems with my private rappelz server, auth & game server working nicely, but in the character screen i "may not create this character" i already read the post about that error:
i downloaded rappelz 7.3 server files :
and the client 7.3 elysium :
but i still have the same problem, i need your help please

if server starting good then its ok with OS and sql server.
just use newer GS and Telecaster (released by xijezu once, search on forum)

hi, ty for responding, i tried new telecaster from the 7.4 db for sql 2008 r2 here :
i tried also 7.4 server files here:
the problem is that captainkerlock crash all time.

i finaly installed 2012 sql server so i have total access to all kind of bak files, hepl me please
