[Pr3dZone] 4 npc's hv center

For those who have less experience or not know how to create:
- Put here the 4 npcs with several items.

I took two days to create the 4 NPC:
-items ( a lot of items / gears master / pets etc)
-menus
not used any program to enter items ..
just notepad + + to create sql files ..
