Yea it doesnt work with US client, need infinite client
You download the US client use official launcher to update the client then us my launcher & sframe after deleting gameguard.dex Also I am sorry client download is down.

And I don't believe that you can fix it - It requires modification on Gameserver (I personally won't do it aswell, too much work for me).
Why modification of GS is needed? for the pet you can do it easy with rdb
For the quest and group it's a nui file and many picture to import into the client

I'm speaking about using the FULL 7.4 Client, including SFrame, not modding the 7.3 one...
