Exclamation SQL Express 2008 R2

Hello all.

I have a problem with SQL Express 2008 R2. The software starts extracting the files but once it's finished, it closes and can not install it.
I have Windows 7 64bit.
Thank you for helping me.

For information, if I do not answer it because I went abroad.
I apologize for my rotten English but I'm French and I translated with Google Translation.

Thank you.

Use the maching language specific SQL server media or change the OS locale through Control Panel".
