I know you don't see me around here that much. Simple reason: I got lots of other stuff to do here. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in general news about PServers.So since many rumors spread around here and it's becoming more and more difficult to distinguish lies from facts I decided to gather some trustworthy information from trustworthy and well-informed persons.
I contacted SRO-DB admins and asked for an exclusive interview about ECSRO and they accepted. Here I want to thank .pR3y and Zathor for their help on the preparations for the interview,
First of all I want to mention that I tried to contact Ocean himself and with the help of SRO-DB admins I accomplished sending him a message. But as expected he didn't respond at all, still I wanted to try it at least. By the way, I'm sorry that the interview was being hold in German but it was far easier to do it like that since the 4 of us all have German as our first language and so it's easier to express facts more appropriate. I will post the original screenshots of the conversation and will translate it below. You have to trust me about the translation, but if you ask any German fellow around here who is able to understand the English language I'm sure he will confirm everything I wrote. Sorry if I wrote some wrong judicial terms, I'm not sure about those.

Once in a few days we dicussed a few things but it was all about exchanging bare information.

I see. I guess it is well-known that he avoided public affairs. Do you know how the ECSRO team communicates with each other?

Only via QQ?

Ocean hardly ever had any contact to users. (not even through notices)

Rumor. But it's a fact that private server operators cooperate/cooperated.

ECSRO never was a company in judicial terms, that's why the lawsuit will be limited to private individuals

We assume that after the delivery of the complaint to Goldsold.pl Ocean has been informed right away (middle of dec.)

Do you think Ocean tried to hide this incidence as long as possible to achieve more profit in the end?
O:
Yes, we are afraid this is true.

Can you provide the community relevant details concerning the lawsuit? You already published information in favor of the ECSRO clientele, but are there any other details?
O:

The lawsuit contains 24 charges (don't get confused by this, I changed the number since this is more appropriate due to the structure of the complaint)

To me as a judicial layman this sounds like a lot. Can you give us an example of a less important charge?
O:
Misfeasance (misuse) of the shortcut SRO

Do you see yourselves as former members of the ECSRO team in danger somehow?
O:
No.

Because we never got in touch with the serverfiles or the income of ECSRO and it never was officially known that ECSRO is based on pirated software.

Is there any information concerning the current status of the ECSRO
servers?
O:
We ping the servers from time to time to check the status.

Rather improbably.

Possibly there will be other small pserver projects since the server files are not and cannot be destroyed totally.

Do you think there is a chance that the server files change hands or that they even will be published?
O:
We can't provide any information about that. For the interested persons out there - Joymax is explicitly after the server files (that has been made clear in the complaint) and those who try to "achieve" them are in severe danger.
