There're people who still visit the section the only problem is most are considering to whom they're replying cuz only few people are asking weird questions 'The error message already told him the problem and he still asked' so I prefer to ignore them some time, that's probably what most ppl do.
Beside, rules are rules, maybe we can re-discuss them later, but until then that's the place where questions should be.
