Advertising POLL (Keep the SRO advertising thread safe)!

First of all Hi everyone, i'm opening this topic just to gather up some VOTES in order to maintain the SILKROAD Advertising thread more clean, mature and with serious servers.

I guess mostly people is tired to see bad threads advertising high risk servers (No long term ones or opened over 3-4 times just to gain money from people), let's be honest 80%+ of the servers are based on donations or selling items which mostly people dislike because of the word private server. I wont open this just to advertise my signature, I opened this thread to open the eyes of 1000+ users from Elite PVP Silkroad Advertising Thread which are daily tricked by new server openings and false advertisings, so my suggestion and with your help we might make it clean and a good section in order to see people playing on serious servers.

I will open this thread to gather some VOTE's and to post them to our Elite PvP Moderators, Forum Leaders and Forum Administrators and here are some requirements which I was thinking to be fair in order to advertise your server:

• Option A: 10 Euro or 260 Elite Gold / 200 Posts in ElitePVP Forum.
• Option B: 5 Euro per month / 50 Posts in ElitePVP Forum.
• Option C: 5Euro / 150 Posts in ElitePVP Forum / 50 Thanks received.

Thanks and I hope you guys will support this idea because we must get rid of bad and high risk servers.

Elitepvpers stands for free sharing and advertising.

Also it already was denied by our Admin.

Hard to control that many stats. There are even people who can create proper advertisements with bad account stats. And you can easily collect posts and thanks if you want it...

I think approval only would be the only good choice. But this was also denied afaik. There is a thread for this in the suggestion section.

True, I understand and as far as many people do by using multiple accounts and ask the users, friends to press Thanks or to bump the threads. Well that a bit...you know.

I'm always doing that in order to help, to maintain the Silkroad section clean, to report to our Moderators the issues, to guide the players and to help them on the server as much as I can.

All three of these options would be denied, just for the simple fact that paying to stand out isn't really fair on non-payers.


Guardians aren't really a neccessity, the reporting flow is pretty steady, and most of the time I browse through all sections and handpick useless **** and remove it anyway

I know you guys are doing a great job and cleaning up the forum daily and I appreciate you for supporting, helping and offering us the best guides trough this forum everyday and I hope this topic wont cause to many problems.
